Mike Smith

Mike Smith is our resident “ranching broker.” He grew up in the small Iowa town of Traer, helping with the family owned livestock auction. Prior to joining Roach Ag. Marketing in 1986, he was working as an independent hog buyer and auctioneer. In 2005, he opened a branch office in Brookfield, MO, bringing with him over 22 years of experience in financial services. He spends his time outside of the office continuing his business as an auctioneer, order buying cattle and managing his cow herd.
