We spent our first 23 years of operation in Iowa before moving our corporate office to Boca Raton in 2001 to enjoy the Florida lifestyle.
We maintain our Iowa heritage and position as a leader in the agricultural markets with 8 branch offices in Iowa and the four surrounding states.
Agriculture is in the strongest economic period in 20 years thanks to the phenomenal growth in Chinese and world demand for U.S. agricultural products. John Roach continues to stay in front of the industry with his frequent appearances on “Market to Market,” where he has appeared regularly since 1978. Andy Shissler, manager of our Downers Grove office, keeps in front of customers as a regular Analyst on Ag Day & U.S. Farm Report.

Kansas City, Missouri:
We are looking an experienced grain merchant or series 3 broker. This person will be a consultant specializing in agricultural markets working with large farmers and midsize commercial agricultural business. Experience in cash grain merchandising, futures brokerage, crop insurance, or grain market consulting is necessary.
Downers Grove, Illinois:
We are looking for two new people for our office in Downers Grove. One will be an experienced grain merchant or series 3 broker. This person will be a consultant specializing in agricultural markets working with large farmers and midsize commercial agricultural business. Experience in cash grain merchandising, futures brokerage, crop insurance, or grain market consulting is necessary.
The second person we need for Downers Grove is a bright, entry-level person who wants to learn our industry working directly with our key executives. Are you self motivated and have a solid grasp of the skills necessary in a service oriented industry? You don’t need a long resume. Just have solid phone skills, exceptional computer ability and have the desire to learn how a small business functions. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college grad or MBA who has grown up in the Midwest or spent time within the Ag industry.
Boca Raton, Florida:
We are looking for three new people who will work in our home office in Boca Raton, Florida. One will be an experienced grain merchant or series 3 broker. This person will will be a consultant specializing in agricultural markets working with large farmers and midsize commercial agricultural businesses. Experience in cash grain merchandising, futures brokerage, crop insurance, or grain market consulting is necessary.
The second person we need for Boca is a bright, entry-level person who wants to learn our industry working directly for our key executives. The third person we are looking for in Boca is an experienced agricultural writer and editor. This person may have experience in print or online media. The candidate we are looking for will be able to investigate changing fundamental and technical market events and to write about it in language that is easily understood. Experience in webinars, live presentations, social media and graphic design are all a plus.
