Crop Insurance Business Development Manager

The candidate’s responsibility will be to manage all aspects of the company’s growing crop insurance business. This will include helping in the definition, design and planning of each branch office agency. The candidate will then be responsible for making it happen, including the market development and training.

The objectives for this position are to increase numbers of customers and increase average revenue per customer while improving the company’s return on investment.

Commodity Ag Consultant

Agriculture Consultant / Stock Broker / Commodities / Crop Insurance Agent

Are you self motivated? Are you exceptional at working closely with farm producers who need to develop a plan for marketing their crops each year? We are looking for Agriculture Consultants who have experience in the markets, have worked with mid-large scale farm producers, and would like to grow a solid business with Roach Ag. Marketing. We are looking for someone with the following skill set and experience:

  • Proven ability to work with customers and professionals in a business-to-business environment
  • 5 or more years in commodities on a broker or commercial level
  • Experience in the crop insurance industry
  • Developed book of customers on same level or equal in commodities or equities basis
  • Strong presentation and verbal skill set
  • Ability to work in our Boca Raton, FL office
  • Long term prospect of establishing a Midwest office
