Agri Consultant/Broker

Are you self motivated? Are you exceptional at working closely with producers who hire Roach Ag to develop a plan and strategy to market their crops each year? We are looking for a few key Agri Consultants who have experience in the markets, have worked with mid-large level farm producers and would like to grow a solid business with Roach Ag. We are looking for someone with the following skill set and experience:

• Proven ability to work with customers and professionals in a business to business environment.
• 5 or more years in commodities on a broker or commercial level
• Developed book of customers on same level or equal in commodities or equities basis.
• Strong presentation and verbal skill set
• Ability to work in our Boca Raton FL office
• Long term prospect of locating in Midwest office
